Price exclusions
Flag side guides, nose bars, accumulation zones, sensors, guarding at machine boundaries, installation, shipping, training, commissioning and SAT travel when they are absent. Tooling for format changeover is often extra. Those gaps are comparison items, not hidden discounts. Connected load in kW and three-phase supply must be restated if drives are quoted.
Remaining buyer inputs include PLC interface names, compressed air demand for pneumatic stops, footprint, optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order) and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure). Preference is a buyer selection, not a verified factory rating.
Single-conveyor quotes and integrated-line quotes should not share one total unless interfaces, staffing and acceptance boundaries are named. Nominal belt speed and validated transfers per minute at a measured spacing are different numbers; request test conditions. Machine price and installed project cost are also different: tooling, shipping, utilities, installation and spare parts should sit on separate lines. Cycle time after changeover is a maintenance fact, not an implied free option.
An open manufacturer sheet dated 2026-09-17 that lists loads up to 150 lbs (68 kg) is used only as a unit checklist for one modular-belt series. It is not a universal rating and not an affiliation. Speed in m/min, if relevant, must be restated for the buyer’s products. Feedstock is the moving SKU. Positioning at the next machine is confirmed on a transfer drawing, not inferred from a photograph. Working pressure applies only if a pneumatic circuit is quoted.
